About Mom (Deb): I willsucceed this time! It's not a diet I am changing my lifestyle. I plan to hit my goal weight by losing 62 more pounds. I am commited to healthy eating, exercise and tons of water daily.We will accomplish this together!!
About Daughter (Melissa): I am determined to lose 77 more lbs. to hit my goal weight of 130. I plan to do this by counting calories and exercising atleast 30 minutes a day. I also am trying to drink atleast 64 oz. of water a day.
Interests
We love getting together on Tuesday nights and watching The Biggest Loser together. We work out during the show and talk about what we can do better for the next week during commercials.
We both love cooking, taking pictures, taking walks, spending time with our family and seeing that scale go down!
